Rib Sampler
Rib Sampler Dinner
Smoked Ribs (meat cut off bone) & Reg. Ribs below.

1. Go to Emart and brush off the prebagged salads, bump through the ajumas, lollygaggers and make your way to the leafy green buffet section. Grab all kinds of different leafy stuff (cheaper and way better variety, healthier, not to mention the Big Obvious: Buy only what you need). Flag a lady with a hat, get greens weighed, priced, add a soft spoken 'soo-go-ha-sayo' (for those new to Korea, perhaps one of the most useful and important phrases you'll learn) and you're on your way.  At home, make a salad (wash first) and add ceasar kit, or other dressing, fresh herbs perhaps cheese. In this case just a guilt free, fat free, Italian dressing.
2. Fry up some frozen veggies in lowfat margarine, olive oil, various herbs, salts and fresh ground pepper. Adjust to taste and don't be afraid to experiment. Add rice (depending if you want fried rice with a bit of veggies, or fried veggies with a bit of rice. Add a bit of 'whatsthishere' sauce (worcestshire sauce), for taste and to get a bit of that brown flavor/color in the rice.
3. Grab some BBQ ribs or the smoked ribs. In this case, I got greedy and did both. The smoked ribs are perfect for slicing and then browning with sauce in an oven or frying pan. The reg. ribs are delicious too in a 'chewing meat off the bone' way.
4. Wash it all down with some Spanish wine.
Bon appetite!
(Pics do not show all of the meat per order)
