How to Order: (please note minimum order is W50,000 + shipping&handling*)
 
Method A Bank Transfer:
1. Create a login ID.
2. Add items to your cart, when you're finished proceed to checkout.
3. Fill-in your complete address (in Korean) and phone number(s).
4. Wire the money to Woori Bank via internet or bank machine within 24hrs. Please bring your bank book and update it or check the bank slip for an 'ERROR' message (it is very common and looks like you paid when you in fact didn't).
5. Receive your delivery**.
6. Enjoy!!
 
Method B- PayPal:
1. Order online through our website(same as above).
2. During checkout in the message section write 'Pay by Paypal,complete checkout & wait for US Dollar amount.
3. Pay securely through PayPal either by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
 
Shipping Address :
~Please make sure your shipping address is complete, spare no details, it's best to have it written in Korean to insure timely delivery.
 
~We cannot control when the delivery guy comes, it depends on your neighbourhood and where you are on his route. Once packages have left us the responsibility is that of the customer and delivery company, we provide you with a tracking and Ph# in case of problems. Usually he will come mid afternoon to early evening. You MUST be able able to answer the phone on delivery day, or provide a number of someone who can.
 
~If you're not sure whether you'll be home or not, have someone or somewhere he can leave your package, security guard, neighbour, I use the Super across the street. Otherwise you may want to get it delivered to your workplace and provide the ph# of the secretary.
 
*Shipping& Handling:
1.We need your full address in Korean.
2.The charge you are quoted includes an icebox and ice for refrigerated items, heavier items cost more to ship.
3. Orders totalling over W100,000 that are composed of less than W50,000 of Nice Deli Meats or largely composed of heavier oversized items (cheese, pickles,cans) are NOT eligible for FREE shipping, sorry.
4.Jeju Island and other outlying Islands and areas way off the main transportation grid will cost more to ship to.
 
**Orders will usually be shipped out on Tuesdays and arrive on Wednesdays, you must be able to answer your phone to get your order. The cut off days for each week are Fridays at 10am for delivery the following week. We will try to fulfill orders placed on weekends but cannot guarantee them.
 
It takes a while to put orders together because we don't just get them from one source, we use over a dozen different suppliers as well as make trips to wholesalers to fulfill customer orders. This sometimes means a long wait for items (i.e. order on Mon and get it the next Wed, nine days). So it's best to order slightly ahead of the time you actually want to get your order.
